To become a member of Island Herb, you may either complete the application process in person, with one of our Member Care Representatives in your area, or you can fill out the forms below.
There are 2 ways we can verify your identity:
- We can schedule a face to face meeting in person or by video chat.
- For quicker access, you can upload a copy of your Government Issued Photo ID such as your Driver’s License along with a photo of you holding the same ID.
Please make sure the photo is clear and the text on the ID is legible. Feel free to smile 🙂
We will use the address on your photo ID as your shipping address for all orders. If your shipping address does not match the address on your ID, we ask that you email us proof that you reside at your requested shipping address.
Once you have submitted your information, we will send you an auto-confirmation email to notify you that we have received your application. You will be able to order from the site once we have reviewed your application, and sent you a Welcome Message containing your login info.
