 Your inquiries and concerns are important to us, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Our office hours are from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays. You can contact us by email at [email protected]. We respond to our emails within one business day. If you do not get a response within a day, you can call 1-(844)-944-4372(HERB) and leave a message.

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. If your order is placed and payment received before 12 noon, your order will be shipped the next business day. Our business operation days are Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

We ship every package express. Depending on your location, your order should take 3 – 6 business days to arrive.  If it has not arrived in this time period, please contact us, and we will do our best to locate it.  If it is truly lost, we will replace it for you. 

Yes. We will email you tracking information shortly after your item has shipped.

Yes you can cancel or edit your order, as long as it has not yet shipped.

For now, we only accept Interac email money transfers. Please place your order, and then send the total amount as an email money transfer from your online bank account. For instructions on how to do this, please visit http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html

No. GST or HST will be added to your order.

There is a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

We will do our best to locate it. If it is lost we will replace it.

It is up to your discretion if you choose to gift our products to your adult friends.  Cannabis consumption for adults over 19 years of age is now legal in Canada.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send you a new package with products better suited, once we receive confirmation that the unsatisfactory package has been shipped to us.
